Picked up my 1st order today. I was a little skeptical because I haven't had luck with local sourdough bakers. Let me tell you, I was impressed. I am so bummed that I only bought 1 each.
I immediately ate the pumpkin bagels and it was delicious. I didn't need to heat it or put anything on it.
The bread was soft and sandwich bread consistency - it was easy to cut with minimal crumbs and toasted perfectly.
Also, we tried her apple cinnamon jelly. Perfect add on to the bread.
I'll have to try the strawberry vanilla jelly next.
I will definitely order again.
Bring from California, I am a bit of a sourdough snob and hands down, this is the best sourdough I've had since moving here! The plum cake was also delicious! I can't wait to place another order.
We truly enjoyed our breads, the crispy texture on top and soft fluffy center was truly remarkable. We shared with friends who make sourdough regularly and marveled at the rise, consistency, and delicious taste. After 24 hours both savory breads are gone and I’m already dreaming about my next order. The double chocolate espresso was delightfully delicious and serves well as a dessert bread. I can't wait to try more flavors. Thank you!
Seriously the best sourdough I've ever had! I grab a loaf every week now. She's super sweet too, which makes picking it up from her place even nicer.

Came straight home and toasted some sourdough added cream cheese and I could have literally ate the loaf in one sitting.
