I’m Tamara (31), the heart behind Heartbakn. I’ve been baking for over 11 years, originally starting in my own kitchen for family and friends. What began as a passion grew into a business built with purpose. For the past two years, Heartbakn has been serving our community with handcrafted breads and baked goods made completely from scratch using simple, high-quality ingredients — never artificial additives, mixes, or processed shortcuts.

Heartbakn was born out of a simple realization. After moving to the United States, we deeply missed the quality of traditional European bread. In Germany, bakeries are part of everyday life, offering fresh, handcrafted products made with real ingredients and time-honored methods. Our goal became clear: to bring that same level of quality, authenticity, and care to our community here.

Originally from Germany, we specialize in authentic German baking and traditional European flavors, inspired by craftsmanship, heritage, and a deep respect for quality ingredients. Our focus is simple: real food, made the right way — fresh, handcrafted, and full of flavor.

We are proud to share our work in New Braunfels, a city founded on German heritage and tradition. Being part of a community with such strong cultural roots makes our mission even more meaningful.
