Crafted with just three simple ingredients - filtered water, organic flour, and salt - our sourdough is naturally fermented for approximately 48 hours to develop its signature flavor and optimal nutrition. Slow fermentation creates a beautifully crisp crust and a soft, airy interior with a balanced tang.

Each loaf is handcrafted and baked to perfection in our weekly small batch.

All items are made in small batches and available for preorder only. Pickup is available on our designated weekly pickup day.
